Consists of slow, gentle movements, breathwork and stretches to calm the body, heart, and mind. Props are used to support flexibility, balance, and deep relaxation (Recommended Props: blocks, strap or scarf, pillows or bolsters, blankets, eye pillow or towel), . Beginners welcome.
