Service Description

Through practice, inquiry, and meditation, explore the subtle power of yin yoga. Target the connective tissue through deep, meditative stretch and release. Explore the essential yin postures, meridians through the Chinese Five Element Theory, physical and mental attributes, visualization and guided meditations appropriate for yin. Understand how the yin practice affects the meridian system and organs to enhance overall harmony of being. Yoga Teacher Training Requirement: In order to receive a certificate for this course, students must complete additional assignments including designing and facilitating a class, collecting feedback, and writing a guided reflection. (Yin, YIIT, Restorative, Advanced Assisting, Aerial, Prenatal, Postpartum, Suspension, Seniors, Kids, Athletes, Warriors, and Complementary Care)
