In this mini retreat on Topsail Island you will get a glimpse into the deeper layers of yoga, exploring the rich history, philosophy, and science, while fine-tuning individual alignment, sequencing, and technique. New beginners and experienced practitioners alike will benefit from the weekend yoga immersion workshops. The Transcending Yoga lifestyle and teacher training weekend workshops help students of all levels build a strong foundation in the fundamental principles of yoga. Even if you have no interest in teaching yoga, great emphasis is placed on developing a confident personal practice and awakening to your pure potential. Learn how to view the world like a yogi, study like a yogi, and PLAY like a yogi! We will start at the beginning with child-like wonder on the mat and unfold into the deeper principles of yoga, integrating ancient wisdom into our modern lifestyle. Saturday and Sunday Only (1-6pm) - $100, 10 CEU's
