Your workshop request form has successfully been submitted. I will send you an email within the next day or two with your hosting package.  The package will include:  Available Schedule Dates, Estimated Cost of the Workshop, a Sample Syllabus and curriculum for your even, as well as an agreement.  A promotional package will be sent upon completing the agreement.
