Inner Bloom Yoga-- An eclectic blend of gentle movement, breath work, and guided meditations inspired by the needs of the students.  Each class is a totally unique experience based on the inner substance, guidance, and wisdom that we unfold through the body, like petals of a flower opening up to the sun.  An intuitive, organic approach to yoga, allowing the poses to unwind, rather than striving to fit the mold of a pose.  This practice will awaken essential life force in all areas of the body, allowing us to make a deeper connection to the subtle energy within our body and the world around us.   All levels welcome, playful spirits wanted! Mindful Yoga--An insightful sequence of poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to connect a specific intention. The practice (sadhana) helps to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina while gently erasing the traumas that everyday life can imprint. Each 90-minute class begins with a guided meditation, gentle joint openers and warmers, followed by a sequence of poses focusing on alignment and intention, ending with deep relaxation, and silent meditation. This class intends to cultivate a deep sense of awareness and inner peace for all levels of experience, from new beginner to very advanced. Sign-up for a class!


Master Class--"Mastering the Basics". This is a foundational class to master the hatha yoga postures and techniques that are part of almost every yoga class. Learn the fundamentals of alignment, breathwork, and benefits of each of these poses and sequences.  Whether you are a brand new beginner or experienced practitioner, this class will help you establish a strong foundation bringing more insight and confidence into your practice. Teachers Playshop--These playshops offer a playful approach to personal practice and teaching in a group setting.  Teachers and teachers in training are invited to exercise their practical skills throughout workshop, sharing their experience, strength, and wisdom.  The practice begins with an opening invocation for teachers and students, followed by an insightful sequence of poses, salutations, and pranayama.  Within the playshop, we will exercise mindfulness and intention from yogic philosophy, breakdown into asana "labs", and practice conscious communication.  Class closes with a closing mantra and silent meditation. Each playshop integrates philosophy, anatomy, technique, teaching methodology, and practicum.  Certificates can be issued upon request for continuing education hours for 200 and 500 hour RYTs. Open discussion and fellowship are encouraged after the class, so feel free to bring a snack for sharing. See Schedule for upcoming playshops.

YTT Core Workshop--The Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) core curriculum is explored in these workshops: History, Philosophy, Lifestyle, Ethics, Anatomy, Physiology, Energy, Technique, Teaching Methodology, and even Business as it applies to yoga.  Check the monthly calendar for dates and topics. Certificates can be issued upon request for continuing education hours for 200 and 500 hour RYTs. These workshops are offered to the public and approximately one weekend per month, see workshop flyers for recommended readings list. See Schedule for upcoming workshops.

Beginner Series "Intro to Hatha Yoga"--Receive a healthy beginners’ introduction to hatha yoga or reestablish the foundation of your current practice.  In this gentle, progressive series you will learn the basic components to begin a safe & confident hatha yoga practice: postures, breathing, movement, and meditation.  Increase flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating inner peace. Course includes six 90-minute sessions and fully illustrated book. Sessions are on Saturdays from 1-2:30PM beginning October 9th thru November 13th. Early Bird $85 before October 3rd, $100 after.
