Teaching Services

Hatha Yoga
A blend of asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), movement and relaxation to balance the body.  This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

Circles for Change
Circles for Change is a donation-based playshop and class designed to empower, connect, and collaborate.  The class is offered to the public for a $5 donation.  But, it is the result of a collaboration of teachers, students, and conscious change catalysts who design the sequence with the unified intention to change the world one breath at a time. Fun for all levels, bring your favorite tunes, and support a great cause!  Proceeds go to
Off the Mat, Into the World™ .

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
A
gentle blend of movements and stretches, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation in restorative postures. Each class features a therapeutic flavor—hip, shoulder, spine, digestion to name a few—for a yummy yoga practice. Perfect for new beginners, pre/post natal, injuries or chronic pain, and for those who need to do “less” a little more.

Restoratives

Mindfully sequenced postures that support & comfort the body in relaxation postures to allow the body to restore & rejuvenate effortlessly.

Therapeutics

This personal or semi-private practice is designed to promote healing and compliment traditional modalities in the healing arts.  From sports injury to osteoporosis, from muscular dystrophy to multiple sclerosis, and from seasonal affective disorder to post traumatic stress.  Transformational 6-8 week series by appointment.

Yin Yoga

Mindfulness meditation in relaxed postures designed to stretch and compress the yin tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments, and bones) in quiet postures to allow the body to softly surrender and release stress. This practice compliments the stressful, über-active lifestyle.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
An adaptive yoga practice to compliment the extraordinary changes that occur during pregnancy, labor, and birth.  Partners, doulas, and midwives welcome! 

Vinyasa Flow
An eclectic blend of soft and hard forms of yoga mindfully linked through the breath. Detoxify the body-mind with a balancing flow of compressive / decompressive postures. Stretch, reach, and rise to your potential!
